Jesse Fox and wife photo In the fall of 1998 Jesse K. Fox purchased his first investment property in Spokane and started his career in real estate.  He has been actively doing real estate ever since.  He is a licensed broker in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

He understands the ins and outs of real estate and has a broad spectrum of expertise. He has worked in residential and commercial real estate and now owns Fox Property Group. He has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions in the Seattle, Portland and Spokane markets.

Adding value is Jesse’s commitment. “I’m not in business to selfishly make a buck. I’m always striving for a win-win situation. My goal is to add value to every transaction so everyone comes out on top.”

Born and raised in Spokane, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business from Eastern Washington University and moved to the Seattle area and received his Masters of Business Administration from St. Martins University.

While living in the Seattle area he worked for First Western Properties, a premier commercial real estate firm, specializing in retail and suburban office leasing and sales. He gained invaluable experience in landlord and tenant representation.  Jesse worked with clients such as: Kimco Realty, Regence Centers, Wig Properties, Cascade Properties, Subway, UPS Store, Desert Sun and many more.

In 2003 he moved to Portland, OR and operated as a co-owner of a real estate investment company Fox Capital, focusing primarily on the acquisition and disposition of distressed properties. Jesse purchased millions of dollars of under-valued real estate with upside potential and improved the value for an above average return on investment.  He also handled many small residential and mixed use development projects.

“I’m carrying on a family tradition of Real Estate in the Spokane area and following in the footsteps of my father and grandfather.”
